About this policy
This policy explains how SSSJ Commerce LLC ("we," "us," and "our"), the operator of Six Star CannaLogic, handles information through the application at sixstarhq.com. Six Star CannaLogic is an invitation-only business application for authorized sales and administrative work. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to sean@5-starsales.com.
Information handled by the application
- Account information: your name, email address, account identifier, role, and access assignments. If you choose Google sign-in, the application requests basic identity information through the openid, email, and profile permissions. Signing in by itself does not authorize access to your Gmail mailbox or calendar.
- Business records: contacts, account assignments, notes, product and menu information, order and invoice records, receivables and payment-status records, mileage entries, and files you or other authorized users enter or upload. Business records may contain information about customers, colleagues, and other contacts.
- Optional email connections: connecting a mailbox is separate from signing in. Mailbox features verify the connected account and can send approved business messages, including their recipients and attachments. If reply synchronization is separately enabled with the necessary provider permissions, the application can read threads associated with CRM communications and store qualifying incoming message text, subject lines, headers, and sender/recipient information. Reply information may also be included in CRM activity and analytics records. Mailbox permissions and enabled capabilities vary by connection.
- Requests and drafts: instructions, questions, selected business context, generated suggestions, and records of review or approval. If you use a voice feature, audio and resulting text may be processed to transcribe your request or provide a spoken response.
- Technical information: connection identifiers and status, authentication, usage, error, and security information processed to operate the application and investigate problems. Session technologies and browser storage may be used to maintain sign-in, application state, and temporary mailbox-connection progress. The application may also retain scheduling and account-ordering preferences; this does not itself grant access to an external calendar.
The public information pages are hosted through our application platform. Their page content does not include advertising trackers or tracking pixels. Hosting and platform services may process request and security logs and provide scripts or browser-storage features for hosting and platform operation. The signed-in application uses the session and application-state features described above.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate approved users, apply access permissions, maintain business records, provide requested features, prepare drafts and reports, support approved communications, respond to support requests, and operate and protect the application. Information shown to another user depends on the feature and their authorized role.
AI and voice features
AI-assisted email drafting and writing-style features can send information to the application platform's model service. Depending on the request, this includes rep and recipient names and email addresses, selected customer and business records, product or inventory information, receivable information, writing preferences and examples, prior CRM emails, and imported incoming replies. Information used as an example can include the original and edited text of a draft.
When voice is separately enabled for an authorized administrator, OpenAI transcription or realtime services process audio and relevant request context. Context can include selected store and product names, the current task, and recent conversation text. Drafts, transcripts, responses, and approval records may be retained where the application saves them. The relevant providers' processing and retention practices also apply. Review generated content before relying on it or approving an action.
Google data
Six Star CannaLogic's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This applies to the relevant Google data and information derived from it; it is not a statement that every category of application data is governed by the same provider terms. Google data is used for the authorized, disclosed features described in this policy.

Access, providers, and communications
Information is processed by authorized business users and service providers supporting hosting, authentication, storage, connected services, AI, voice, and technical operations. A provider's own privacy terms may also apply to its direct relationship with you.
Recipients receive the information included in communications or files sent to them through an authorized feature. Exporting or sharing a document can place it outside the application's access controls. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or when necessary to investigate abuse, respond to a security incident, or protect lawful rights. These disclosures remain subject to applicable restrictions on the information involved.
Connected accounts and choices
You can manage available connections in the application and revoke a provider's authorization from that provider's account settings. Disconnecting a mailbox in the CRM disables its CRM use and reply synchronization; its effect on the provider connection depends on whether the connection is personal or shared. Use the provider's account settings when you intend to revoke the provider authorization itself.
Disconnecting or revoking access does not automatically remove imported messages, drafts, business records, files, or other copies already created or retained. Resetting saved writing-style examples or preferences does not delete the underlying emails. Contact sean@5-starsales.com for help reviewing access or requesting correction or deletion.
Retention and requests
Information is retained for the business purposes described here, account administration, operational support, recordkeeping, and applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose for keeping it. Removing an account or connection may leave associated business records, audit information, backups, and records that must be retained.
Contact sean@5-starsales.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and authority. Requests are considered under applicable law and the rights of other people and businesses; a request does not automatically authorize deletion of someone else's records.
Business use and changes
The application is intended for authorized business users and is not directed to children. We may update this policy to reflect changes in the application or its information practices. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate app notice or other direct communication. Where new use of connected-service data requires additional notice or permission, that process will occur before the new use.
