1. Agreement and permitted purpose
These terms govern authorized use of Six Star CannaLogic at sixstarhq.com. The application is provided by SSSJ Commerce LLC (the "Business") for its approved sales and administrative activities. "You" means the authorized individual user. You accept these terms through an affirmative acceptance process or a signed agreement that incorporates them. These terms do not override a separate signed agreement unless that agreement expressly permits the change.
2. Accounts and limited permission to use the application
Access is limited to approved users and their assigned responsibilities. Subject to these terms and continuing authorization, the Business grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable permission to use the application for its authorized business purposes. You may not sublicense or transfer your access.
Use only your assigned account, keep account credentials and connection permissions secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, or use another user's access. Access to a feature or record does not authorize use beyond your role or the business task for which access was provided.
3. Platform, brands, and retained rights
The Business and its licensors retain their respective rights in the application, its custom software, interface, designs, documentation, brand assets, and other materials they own or license. Six Star CannaLogic and related branding may be used only as authorized for your duties or otherwise permitted by law. No ownership or broader license is granted by access, copying a permitted export, or contributing a record. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Third-party software, services, content, and trademarks remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable terms. These terms do not claim ownership of third-party platform technology or grant rights the Business does not possess.
4. Company records and work product
Company customer records, account notes, pricing and operational information, reports, business correspondence, and other work prepared for the Business are company records under its administration, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and relevant signed agreements. You may use these records only for authorized duties. Entering, organizing, viewing, or exporting them does not give you a separate right to sell, publish, license, retain for unrelated purposes, or commercially reuse them.
Ownership of protectable work created in your role is determined by applicable law and any signed employment, contractor, or assignment agreement. The Business may require a separate signed agreement identifying the legal owner before authorizing contributions or further access. Routine browsing or app use alone is not represented as assigning all of your intellectual property.
Personal information remains subject to privacy rights. Underlying facts are not made exclusively copyrightable by being recorded here. Preexisting user materials, customer and supplier materials, Google or other connected-service content, and other third-party rights are not transferred merely because they appear in the application. AI-generated output may be nonexclusive or lack intellectual-property protection; review it before making ownership or exclusivity claims.
5. Materials you provide
Only provide information and materials that you are authorized to use for the relevant business purpose. To the extent you can lawfully grant the necessary rights, you authorize the Business and its service providers to host, copy, process, display, format, and transmit those materials to operate the requested features and carry out authorized business activities. That permission continues for retained business records to the extent needed for those purposes and permitted by law and applicable agreements.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your preexisting materials or expand third-party rights. It does not replace a required privacy notice, legal basis, or consent for processing personal information.
6. Confidentiality and restricted use
Keep nonpublic company information confidential. This includes account lists and assignments, customer and business contact information, pricing strategies, financial and operational records, internal reports, credentials, and nonpublic software or business processes. Share it only with authorized recipients for an approved business purpose, and use reasonable care to prevent unauthorized disclosure. These duties continue after access ends while the information remains confidential.
Confidentiality does not cover information you can establish became public without a breach, was already lawfully known to you without a confidentiality duty, was lawfully obtained from another source without such a duty, or was independently developed without using protected information. Nothing here prevents a legally protected report, disclosure to a government authority, exercise of nonwaivable rights, or compliance with a lawful legal requirement. Give notice of required disclosure when legally permitted and appropriate; prior notice or permission is not required for a protected report.
Federal trade-secret immunity notice: Under 18 U.S.C. § 1833(b), an individual is protected from federal or state trade-secret liability for a disclosure made confidentially to a federal, state, or local government official, directly or indirectly, or to an attorney, solely to report or investigate a suspected legal violation; or for a disclosure in a complaint or other document filed under seal in a lawsuit or other proceeding. A person suing for employer retaliation for reporting a suspected violation may disclose the trade secret to their attorney and use it in the proceeding if documents containing it are filed under seal and it is not otherwise disclosed except by court order. These protections also cover individuals working as contractors or consultants. They do not generally authorize unlawful access or other conduct outside the statutory protection.
Without written authorization, do not scrape or systematically extract application information; resell or publish company records; train an external model on confidential company materials; build a competing dataset from those materials; bypass access controls; probe another user's records; or disrupt the service. Do not copy or reverse engineer protected application elements except where applicable law gives a right that cannot be restricted by agreement. Normal exports and integrations expressly authorized for your assigned work remain permitted.
7. Accuracy, drafts, and approved actions
Verify the accuracy and authority of information you enter, import, or approve. Review recipients, amounts, dates, attachments, source information, and proposed actions before approval. Generated drafts, summaries, suggestions, transcriptions, and imported information can contain mistakes or omissions.
An AI suggestion or draft is not authorization to send a communication, change an operational record, or make a commitment. Follow the application's review and approval process and the limits of your actual business authority. You remain responsible for decisions and approvals within your control. Do not use the application to send unauthorized or unlawful communications, misrepresent another party, or upload material you have no right to use.
8. Connected services and availability
Optional connected services require appropriate account permissions and may be governed by their providers' terms. Only connect accounts you are authorized to use. Their availability, features, and permissions can change.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any express signed commitment, the application is provided as available. The Business does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete third-party data, or that every suggested result will be accurate or suitable for a particular decision. Maintain appropriate business checks and approved recordkeeping procedures. Nothing in these terms excludes a duty, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Access suspension, departure, and records
The Business may restrict or end access when authorization ends, responsibilities change, these terms are breached, or action is needed to protect accounts, information, or service operation. Suspension or termination does not transfer company records to you or eliminate obligations that should continue, including confidentiality, restricted use, and retained ownership rights.
When requested or when your authorization ends, stop using the application and return or securely remove company information in your possession as directed, subject to applicable law, lawful preservation duties, and signed agreements. Do not delete, alter, conceal, or bulk export company records without authorization. Direct legitimate export, correction, return, or retention requests to sean@5-starsales.com. Required records and audit information may be retained under applicable obligations and the Privacy Policy.
10. Privacy, changes, and contact
The Privacy Policy explains the application's handling of information. A change to these terms will be identified by its updated version or effective date. Material changes requiring agreement will be presented for affirmative acceptance before they govern continued use; changes will not be treated as retroactively assigning intellectual property or amending a separate signed agreement without the required consent.
Applicable nonwaivable rights remain in effect. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not grant the Business rights belonging to another person or remove protections that the law requires.
